Fees

There are two types of fees associated with Chymia:

  • One-time fees, which comprise minting fees. redemption fees and non-redemption fees

  • Ongoing fees, which are interest fees paid on debt balances

The purpose of these fees is to ensure the longevity of the protocol, and to provide incentives which promote user participation.

These fees can be adjusted via the protocol's governance processes.
